We are a global IT company specializing in the development of web-based safety and quality management software for the aviation industry, based in Vienna with subsidiaries in Thailand and Canada. Our application iQSMS is used by leading aviation companies in more than 60 countries. To further strengthen our team in Canada, we are currently seeking a highly motivated 1st level support agent to join our Calgary office and contribute to our mission of delivering quality software solutions to our clients.

Your Qualifications

  • You have a strong service orientation
  • You work reliably, solution-oriented and like to face new challenges
  • Working independently is as much your thing as being part of a team
  • You have excellent communication skills, Spanish or French skills would be an asset

Your Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact, you receive customer inquiries, analyze, coordinate and solve problems in coordination with our developer team
  • You document customer inquiries in a clear manner and ensure that each inquiry is processed timely
  • You support our customers and partners with questions regarding the implementation, configuration and operation of our software
  • You organize and conduct client meetings and short web demos
  • You test our software along provided guidelines to ensure our high standards are kept
  • You keep our customers up to date with the latest information on our product
