In cooperation with Austro Control international (ACGi), we recently organized a combined ECCAIRS/IQSMS Training course for our customers at the ASQS office in Vienna. Nine participants from six different companies attended the training held by Mr. Mario Lenitz, Manager Safety Data Management of ACGi. As a member of the ECCAIRS steering committee, Mr. Lenitz was able to offer valuable insights on the ideas and strategies behind the new coding guidelines for reportable events introduced by ECCAIRS and by EU regulation 376/2014 last November.
