To strengthen our amazing customer service team in our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a 2nd Level IT Support.

This Is You

  • Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent professional experience)
  • You have in-depth knowledge of MySQL and MariaDB
  • Basic knowledge of PHP is advantageous
  • You already have experience in IT support/IT helpdesk (not mandatory)
  • You have good German and English skills
  • You work reliably and solution-oriented and enjoy facing new challenges
  • You are comfortable working independently as well as being part of a team
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you work as an IT Operations Support Specialists (2nd Level Support) for both local and international customers of our quality and safety management software IQSMS.

  • You specialize in programming, maintenance and continuous development of existing database systems (MySQL/MariaDB)
  • You will be responsible for documenting new and adapting existing configuration processes.
  • You will collaborate closely with our development and support teams to address any tasks that arise.

The annual gross salary for this position is EUR 32,200.00 on a full-time basis (40 hours), with a willingness to overpay for corresponding qualifications.

(It is possible to work part-time, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.)
