To strengthen our fast-growing customer service team in Bangkok, ASQS Ltd. is looking for an IT Operations Support (2nd Level Support).

This Is You

  • You have a sound knowledge and application of MySQL/MariaDB
  • You have excellent English skills (speaking, reading and writing, e.g. TOEIC>650 or similar)
  • You are able to structure your own work as well as to work as part of team
  • Previous experience working in IT support is considered an advantage

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you work as an IT Operations Support Specialists (2nd Level Support) for both local and international customers of our quality and safety management software IQSMS.

  • You specialize in programming, maintenance and continuous development of existing database systems (MySQL/MariaDB)
  • You independently develop scripts to simplify work processes
  • You document new and further improve existing configuration processes
  • You work closely with our global development and support teams on resolving arising tasks
