Our intent has always been to provide very efficient service and support to our customers and to respond quickly and accurately to our client’s needs and requests.
Therefore, we are delighted to announce that due to our constantly growing customer base in the Asia Pacific region, we will open a new support office in Bangkok, Thailand in October 2017 in order to be able to further improve customer support for clients based in that region.
The new office will be managed by our most experienced customer support agent, Ms. Larisa Patrascu, who will be based in Bangkok as of October 2017. Our target is to build up a local 1st and 2nd level customer support team within the next year.
