From day one, we made it our mission to always put our customers first. This is why we take great pleasure in announcing the expansion of our international footprint with the opening of a new customer support office in Canada.

Our internationally growing customer base testimonies the quality of our products and the passion behind all we do. Excellent customer service and being a reliable partner for our clients are our number one priority and the backbone of our business. 

In addition to our operational headquarters in Vienna, Austria, and a subsidiary in Thailand, the new office in Canada will enable us to continue the expansion of our global network and significantly improve customer support services for partners and clients in North and Latin America. 

“The decision to enter the North American market was a logical step in our corporate growth strategy,” said Günther Schindl, co-founder and CEO of ASQS. “Our aim is to strengthen the relationship with our customers in North and Latin America, and to provide prompt support and sales services. The Calgary office enables us to optimize our support offers in this region and to deliver almost 24 hours continuous client support from Monday to Friday. These are exciting times for ASQS and we really look forward to this new chapter in the company’s history”, Schindl noted.

The Calgary office will open by the end of 2020 and will be represented by our experienced customer support agent, Christine Schramm, who will be in charge of building up an IQSMS customer support team on site.
