To strengthen our fast-growing Operational Excellence team in Bangkok, ASQS Ltd. is looking for a motivated 1st Level Client Support Agent.

This Is You

  • You have excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills (ref: TOEIC >700 or similar)
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • You have experience working with customers
  • You are able to structure your own work as well as to work as part of team
  • You think analytically and work precisely
  • You have a Thai citizenship or a valid work permit for Thailand

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for identifying customer needs and helping our clients to use specific features
  • You follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • You coordinate the workload with your colleagues from our global teams in Austria and Canada
  • You help to improve internal workflows
