  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of commitment

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact, you represent ASQS and our software iQSMS in the aviation industry
  • Your goal is to support our customers in understanding the value of our services and guide them on their iQSMS journey.
  • You document customer inquiries in a clear manner and ensure that each inquiry is processed timely
  • You support our customers and partners with questions regarding the configuration and operation of our software
  • You test our software along provided guidelines to ensure our high standards are kept
  • You keep our customers up to date with the latest information on our product

The annual gross salary for this position is CAD$45,000 on a full-time basis. The actual salary depends on your qualification and professional experience.
