Thai Airways International (trading as THAI), the flag carrier of Thailand and a founding member of Star Alliance, has implemented IQSMS as its new Safety-, Risk- and Compliance Management system software. THAI is the 4^th Star Alliance member airline working with IQSMS.

More than 60 delegates followed our invitation to Vienna for this year’s IQSMS User Conference. The two-day conference was a big success and provided  a platform to our clients to openly discuss industry safety- and quality trends, to give us feedback to our services but also to get an in-depth presentation of upcoming system updates and developments.

The IQSMS Ground OPS Module already serves as an effective tool for our Airline clients to monitor all stations operated to within their network. All stations are required to perform self-assessments on a regular basis in order to verify compliance with the published procedures. This is especially important since ground damages are one of the major cost factors for airlines. A professional and sound monitoring of all ground stations’ compliance not only helps to reduce cost, but also leads to increased customer satisfaction.
