How to register

All attendees must complete the ASQS conference online registration and choose whether to attend in person or remotely. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email – so please check your inbox after registering. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and contact us at userconference@asqs.net.

As a virtual participant, join the conference sessions via the online meeting platform Go to Webinar. For organizational reasons, you need to register as online participant via the ASQS registration form in a first step.

We will then send you the GoTo Webinar registration link in the weeks leading up to the conference. Please note that you have to register for Go to Webinar via this link with your first and last name as well as your e-mail address in order to receive the access link to the conference sessions.

Due to capacity constraints, attendance at the live event is limited to 120 tickets and registrations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is a maximum of 2 free tickets per company. Additional registrations will be placed on a waiting list and cleared for registration if there is free capacity. Please note that we charge a fee of € 250.00 excl. VAT per person for an additional ticket.

Online tickets are limited to a maximum of 5 tickets per company. If more colleagues are interested in the event, we kindly ask you to align internally

INCLUDED #1

Live participation

The Vienna conference ticket encompasses a two-day event access, with provision for refreshment breaks, lunch, and conference material. Additionally, an optional casual gathering at the Flemings Hotel is planned for Tuesday, October 17, immediately following the first day’s conference sessions.

INCLUDED #2

Online participation

The ticket for virtual attendance allows online attendees to access regular conference sessions and conference materials provided by ASQS as part of the event follow-up.

Recordings

The event will be recorded. A link to the conference recordings will be sent to all participants, whether they attended virtually or in person, as part of the event follow-up.

Joining the Conference

On-site participation in Vienna

We kindly ask all conference attendees to register at the conference reception upon arrival to receive their name badge. The reception desk will be located directly in front of the conference room. Registration starts at 08:15 am.

Online participation

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

On-site event in Vienna

For organizational reasons, ALL cancellations must be sent by e-mail to userconference@asqs.net and received before cancellation deadline on SAT, September 30 2023.

Cancellations after the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances
If a cancellation is necessary for such reasons, please note that even in these cases we require a written cancellation by email to userconference@asqs.net so that we can coordinate this with the conference venue and ensure a smooth conference.  

No-show
In case of no-show without cancellation, ASQS reserves the right to charge a fee of € 250 excl. (please also refer to the online registration form for the relevant information).

Virtual Participation

No cancellation conditions apply. Nevertheless, we would appreciate it if you let us know that your plans have changed!


Force Majeure
ASQS GmbH cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event beyond our control, which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.

If due to one of these reasons the conference is cancelled, postponed or replaced there is no entitlement to reimbursement of any further expenditures or damages (e.g. flight, accommodation.)

Code of Conduct

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
All attendees at our conference are required to agree with our code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Visa Information

A Schengen Visa is an authorization issued by one of the Member-States for the purpose of transit or an intended short stay in a territory of one or more Member-States*, allowing its holder to present him/herself at the external frontier, but does not automatically guarantee his/her respective entrance, which will be decided by the border authorities upon arrival.

We can issue a supporting invitation letter for VISA application for registered conference attendees. To request a letter of invitation, please send your inquiry to userconference@asqs.net. Please provide the following information or attach a copy of your passport:
