Yes, this year’s User Conference is going hybrid again. There will be a live event in Vienna that can also be accessed via online meeting platform (to be announced) to give all interested customers, partners and friends the opportunity to participate.

The on-site event ticket includes access to both conference days, refreshment breaks, lunch, access to the informal gathering on Tuesday, May 20 directly after the conference at ROOMZ Vienna Prater Hotel as well as the conference material provided by ASQS.

The online event ticket includes access to the streaming of both conference days and the conference material provided by ASQS.

The conference will be recorded and provided to all registrants after the event as part of the follow-up.

For capacity constraints, the live event participation is limited to 130 tickets, given on a first-come, first-serve basis. ASQS has allocated two tickets per contract. Further details are available in your invitation email.

Any additional registrants beyond this capacity will be placed on a waitlist and notified if spots become available. Please note that for an additional ticket to the live event in Vienna we charge € 300.00 EUR excl. VAT.

For the online event, a maximum of 5 tickets per company is allowed.

For organizational reasons, all participants must register for the virtual format via the ASQS registration form in a first step, so that we can subsequently send the registration link to the conference platform (to be announced) to all remote participants in time before the conference.

Rooms at the conference venue ROOMZ Vienna Prater are available to a contracted rate of € 129.00 for single use (breakfast included).

As the number of live tickets is limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly recommend that all attendees register for the event as early as possible.

Registration deadline for live and online participation is Sunday, April 13, 2025 to ensure proper processing.

For the physical event, cancellations must be emailed to userconference@asqs.net by April 2, 2025. Later cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances must also be coordinated via the same email. A cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made after the deadline. Free tickets will incur a fee of €240.00 (excluding VAT). For additional paid tickets, ASQS will refund only 20% of the ticket price.

The cancellation policy does not apply to online participation.

No-shows will be charged a fee of €300 (excluding VAT) per person for free tickets.
Additional paid tickets will not be charged a fee, as the ticket price will not be refunded in the event of a no-show.

If you can’t attend the physical event after booking, you can nominate a substitute at no extra charge. Send substitution requests to userconference@asqs.net for registration updates. Please notify us in a timely manner, but no later than one week prior to the event, so that we can ensure that there is a correct name tag available on registration.

This doesn’t apply to online participation.

Please make sure to arrive during the agenda’s registration times (8:15 – 9:00am) for check-in before sessions. Arriving a bit early helps avoid long registration lines and offers a chance to network with other attendees before the conference starts.
