We understand that after booking a ticket, there may be reasons that might prevent your participation in the physical event. If that is the case, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be emailed to userconference@asqs.net to update registration details.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to email us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for substitution. If you notify us until 2 weeks prior to the event, we can ensure that a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk. This does of course not apply to online participation.

We recommend to arrive during the registration times listed on the agenda as you will need to be checked in prior to attending any sessions. Therefore, we urge you to be on site a bit earlier to avoid longer registration lines. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to connect with other attendees before the conference kicks off.
