To strengthen our fast-growing customer service team in Bangkok, ASQS Ltd. is looking for a motivated Senior 2nd Level IT Support Representative

This Is You

  • You have experience with SQL (mySQL / MariaDB)
  • You have proven experience and knowledge of writing scripts using PHP/Laravel
  • You have excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills (ref: TOEIC > 700 or similar)
  • Working independently is as much your thing as being part of a team
  • You love to laugh and even in stressful moments you don’t lose your sense of humor
  • You have a Thai citizenship or a valid work permit for Thailand

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Write queries to retrieve / modify database entries in our existing system (MariaDB)
  • Document new and adapt existing configuration processes
  • Write / Update existing scripts to help with task automation
  • Solve challenging tasks in close cooperation with our 1st Level support and IT Development teams

Important information: At this role, you are not in direct customer contact, but you work internally with our teams in Bangkok, Vienna and Calgary together.

The salary for this position is ฿32,000 – ฿45,000 per month on a full-time basis. The actual salary depends on your qualification and professional experience.
