ASQS Safety and Quality Solutions Inc. becomes member of the CBAA

ASQS    /    October 6, 2021

We are proud to announce that we have become a member of the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA), supporting the overarching goals of safety and excellence within the Canadian business aviation community.
With a membership of approximately 400 companies and organizations, including flight management companies, corporate flight departments, and suppliers, the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) represents the entire Canadian business aviation community with a unified and collective voice.

The non-profit association has played an important role in representing the interests of Canadian business aviation since its foundation in 1961, and is committed, among other things, to fostering and monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.

The promotion of operational safety is also reflected in the CBAA National Safety Awards Program, established in 1981, which recognizes outstanding achievements by CBAA members in maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety in their business aviation operations.

Günther Schindl, CEO of the ASQS Group, comments on the membership:

“The aviation industry is a highly regulated environment where business aircraft operators face specific safety requirements, which we at ASQS know very well. As a global provider of quality and safety management solutions for the aviation industry, we constantly monitor the regulatory landscape and have more than ten years of experience when it comes to these specific requirements and needs of business aviation. Having opened an office in Calgary this year, we are very proud to join CBAA. We look forward to connecting and interacting with other members and are excited to support Canadian business aviation companies with our expertise in the field of aviation safety and regulatory compliance.”
